I would like to give some feedback about your Dolphin Pool Cleaner. In September last year we bought two as a trial in our 750,000 lt seawater aquarium in Dandenong, Melbourne . After having trialled another version from a competitor the year before we were sceptical about this type of products use in the harsh seawater aquarium environment. Luckily we were pleasantly surprised.

The cleaners successfully navigate around the structures in our pools (and the sharks and rays) all day and for 3.5 hrs a night. The ease of cleaning means little time is wasted on changing cartridges and the cartridges always come out doing the job. When we have had a minor problem the service has been terrific and the machines back in the water almost immediately.

I estimate that we save 40 man hours labour a week with the two cleaners. We are so impressed we have bought another three for our Dandenong site, and are in the process of making some alterations to our Port Stephens aquarium so we can have another 4 working there.

As a purchaser of the Dolphin Cleaners competitors products I can highly recommend the Maytronics brand over the others due to the quality of the machine, the ease of maintenance and the quality of service.

I purchased a Dolphin Supreme M5 robotic pool cleaner about 12 months ago. It is the best pool cleaner I have EVER owned. The top access and ease of cleaning the cartridges make owning this machine a delight. It covers the entire pool in 2 or so hours, scrubs the waterline and even did the steps! It has three brushes scrubbing the pool surface and it comes with a three year warranty that covers consumables as well. I live in Australia and it handles the conditions with ease. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone considering purchasing a robotic pool cleaner. The best investment I have ever made for my pool

I would just like to say how wonderful the Dolphin Supreme M3 is! We have had it running from late summer to October this year, 3 times a week. The pool has had minimal chemicals added to it and the pool has been clear as a bell. We have even turned off the pump completely throughout this period. This has saved us significantly on our electricity bills. It only takes minutes to clean and you would not believe the amount of suspended particulate that it removes from the pool. What a little gem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to anybody. If you want a crystal clean pool then go the Supreme 3!

Just a short note to let you know that I am extremely pleased that we purchased the Dolphin 2000 from your Company. As a new swimming pool owner I was advised from family and friends that I should invest in a “creepy crawley” as it is an inexpensive method to keep the pool clean. However I took your advice and each time I utilise the Dolphin, my pool after 2 hours is completely clean.
